Marketing and Sales Internship: the Hairspray girls (2012)

This department generates approximately 60% of the organizational budget, through ticket services, publications, public relations and community outreach.

Interns need strong communication, organization, writing and problem-solving skills, and the ability to take initiative while accepting guidance. Interns work both individually and as part of a team, and join departmental meetings and strategy sessions. Recommended for those interested in sales and marketing careers in any field, or in non-profit management.
