Refunds

There are no refunds once tickets are purchased.

Exchanges

Tickets may be exchanged for another performance (subject to availability) by returning the originals in person or by mail to the PacRep Box Office at least 24 hours before the original performance date.

Non-subscribers pay $3.00 per ticket to exchange. FlexPAC holders never pay exchange fees.

Cancellations

If a performance is cancelled and there is no rescheduled date, a refund for the ticket may be issued at the option of the management.

Buy from PacRep

Tickets bought from resale or scam sites like StubHub, SeatGeek or TicketCenter are not covered by this policy. Think you've been scammed? Call the Box Office for help at 831-622-0100.
